JW Marriott Turnberry Resort & Spa

We recently spent three wonderful days at this hotel with five families and many children, and we’re already planning our next visit. The property itself is incredible, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, said hello, and many even remembered us from the day before saying things like, *“Nice to see you again!”* It’s those small, thoughtful gestures that make a huge difference. We were especially fortunate to have Diego take care of us for most of the weekend. He seamlessly managed multiple orders, attentive, accommodated allergy needs, and engaged in warm, friendly conversation. Diego is a true asset to the hotel. Lucas was also incredibly welcoming, and Luna went out of her way to make sure our children had a great time. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly special. Our only complaint was wishing the pool was 20 degrees cooler. Highly recommend this hotel for families. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location to the mall which was awesome for me. The ocean view room was very nice especially on the 16th floor. The housekeepers were very kind and attentive. Special shout out to the bellman Matthew who from the time I exited my Uber to the check-in and entering my room and even upon my departure was very pleasant, catering and made me feel very welcomed. Another shout out to William the bartender of the inside bar. Great young man with great soft skills and prepared nice drinks. Great stay overall. Would definitely return!

I had such a great experience, The staff was super attentive and made everything really easy and comfortable. I was there for a conference and the setup, service, and overall vibe in the conference area were excellent. Room service was also on point quick and really good. Honestly, everything about my stay felt smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely come back.
