Our stay at the JW Marriott in Venice was simply unforgettable. The location on a private island is stunning, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the resort offers everything you need for a truly relaxing getaway. One highlight was the outstanding service at the pool. A special thank you to Luca, whose warm personality and attentiveness made every day special. He always has a smile on his face, remembers guests’ preferences, and ensures you feel completely at ease. Thanks to him.

Our stay at the JW Marriott in Venice was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived by water taxi—an epic experience for the whole family—we knew we were in for something special. The property is stunning, set on its own private island with breathtaking views and beautifully designed outdoor spaces, spa, gym and suites. The hotel’s attention to detail and guest service stood out at every turn. Whether it was the warm welcome, the thoughtful concierge service (special thanks to Marco for ensuring all our reservations and daily plans ran perfectly), or the spontaneous offering of champagne to enjoy the city’s annual fireworks show, the staff made us feel cared for in every moment. The complimentary ferry to and from Venice made exploring the city easy, and it was a blessing to be able to retreat back to the calm and comfort of the resort when we needed a break from the heat and crowds. And swimming in the infinity pool with a panoramic view of the Venice skyline was not only refreshing but also a memorable highlight for all of us. This was a luxurious and uniquely Venetian experience we’ll never forget. Highly recommend!

Incredibly beautiful and peaceful property. Waterfront room with plunge pool has incredible layout and was quiet and private. Staff were all amazing. This resort is 5 Star in every way and the location, being away from the hustle and bustle of Venice but yet a short and convenient boat ride away, is absolutely perfect. Pictures do not do the views justice; amazing views from the rooftop restaurant and bar and pool. Food was excellent. I will never stay anywhere else in Venice.
