K K Hotel Fenix

Lovely hotel! The staff at the reception welcomed us with a welcome drink, and we immediately felt at ease. The room (equipped with air conditioning and a minibar) was very nice — always clean and tidy every evening when we came back. The view wasn’t great, but since we were on holiday, we didn’t really mind. The staff were very kind, including the cleaning ladies, who always greeted us with a smile in the hallways. A special mention to the bartender — super friendly, it was a pleasure chatting with him. The location is perfect: literally a 15-minute walk to the historic center. It's the details that make the difference Compliments to the whole team!

The central location of K+K Hotel Fenix is perfect for exploring all that Prague has to offer, as well as shopping, bars/restaurants, nightlife and hidden gems. From the minute you arrive, the staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was made up immaculately every day with the comfiest of beds, very high quality bed linen and probably the best pillows I've ever slept on. There were numerous charging points for all devices. Bathroom was really well lit and had every amenity you could need along with fantastic water pressure and the fluffiest towels. We stayed in a 5th floor room with a fantastic terrace/balcony which was equipped with table, chairs & ashtray - the perfect place to sit outside with a coffee, beer or nightcap. The breakfast options were vast, varied, delicious & exactly what we needed before a long day and high step count. An added extra little touch of luxury was the complimentary Prosecco being served on Saturday & Sunday mornings! An unexpected bonus was friends visiting us in the bar area for drinks and their dogs were completely welcome too. I can't recommend this hotel more highly. We loved our stay & would 100% re-book. Close to the centre of Prague, the nearest stores are a sauna place, a cabaret club, and a sex toy shop. I genuinely love that and think it's hilarious. There was hair on one of the towels when my friend and I arrived, but otherwise it was clean and spacious. Nice staff. Good selection of breakfast food, but a very limited drink selection at the bar in the lounge.
