K Vizit Hotel

Excellent hotel. We were in St. Petersburg for the first time from 12-18.06.2025. We lived in a junior suite. Included access to the pool, hamam, sauna, jacuzzi, sports complex. The territory is beautiful, many flowers. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. The room is cleaned every day. There are two lakes nearby. Thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel is located quite far from the center. By car 30 minutes at night, during the day everything is much longer, from the center from the top holiday destinations not once in a week did we get there in less than an hour taking into account traffic jams. The lock in the room is broken, the sofa, there is no kettle, the linen is clean, but the blankets themselves are in some stains, and very worn out. A persistent smell of tobacco, although it seems that smoking is prohibited in the hotel in general, an unpleasant smell either from the carpets or something else, as soon as we entered, we opened the windows, and tried not to close them. In the morning we woke up to loud conversations of smoking employees under the window (every morning) We fell asleep to loud music, and drunken shouts of people renting a gazebo Friday Saturday Sunday there are companies of apparently locals, celebrating birthdays ... The crowd is not very pleasant. Children cannot be let out on the street alone. Parking along the hotel, as a rule, there were always places. Breakfasts are a separate nightmare, the children did not go to breakfast after their first visit, we could not persuade them. The coffee is worse than in the machines, there is food, but everything is as if it was stored for a week, eggs with a smell, sliced cheese, sausage is also clearly not fresh, there was lard that was very old and had been in the refrigerator for too long. More or less normal pancakes. Sausages were snatched up, as the only opportunity to eat something) with tea, cookies like "jubilee" and croissants. For three days I walked around trying to understand what of this can be eaten without harm to health. As a result, the rest of the days we had breakfast in the city. The best thing in this hotel is the pool. The staff is pleasant, polite, and responsive. The restaurant in the first building is ordinary, they cook deliciously, an average dinner for a family is 5 thousand. In general, the hotel requires updating, repairs in places, it seems that the department has no owner, in the sense that everything is unattended. It is unlikely that we will come here again, and I will not recommend this hotel either.

We rented a barbecue gazebo for 10 people. The gazebo is warm and comfortable, but the impression was greatly spoiled by the fact that there were only 6 chairs. For an additional 4 chairs they charged 2400 (600 rubles for a plastic chair). And a strange grill where the meat lies directly on the coals and cannot help but burn.
