Kaab Tulum

I’m giving Kaab hotel in tulum a great rating since my whole experience there was top notch. Alexis who works the front desk was so friendly and made it so much better. Rooms were clean and large. Pool area was nice. Short walk to everywhere so location great.

We want to thank this hotel for their wonderful service during our stay. After a long and exhausting day, we didn’t arrive until 11 PM. Despite the late hour and a small mix-up where the staff accidentally quoted us a price for 3 people instead of 4, they honored the original price without any hassle. Their kindness and professionalism made such a difference. The room was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. I only wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities! They have a lovely pool and an adorable restaurant that looked so inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future for a longer stay.

Being scammed here! We paid for the stay twice. Once we sent them the money via get net (because we had issues with our new credit card, that's on us). We signed that there is nothing in debt, bill said zero dollars left. Anyways they took the money from our bank account again, with the details they had from us. We talked to them in person, said it's no problem we'll get it back. We left, waited for in contact so many times via whatsapp and they keep asking for proof? We sent them so many times screenshots with both withdrawals, still waiting over 2 weeks now. Don't go there!
