The rooms are nice. The restaurant staff were the best. We were there for 2 nights and they were very hospitable. However, the reception staff didn’t want to give us even 5 mins extra during our checkout. They were quite rude and constantly calling us to checkout asap even before the clock ticked 12 pm. I don’t know what’s the logic behind it but I think it would have created a good will if the reception staff were as nice and welcoming during our checkout as they were during our check in.

Rooms are clean but doesn't worth the price. Hotels staffs are a bit dishonest. 1) A staff told us we can have a shower in the hotel after the day tour on our check out day(the day tour is organised by the hotel so we joined it because of what he told us). However, on that day when we came back from the tours, the staff told us the shower is chargeable and denied his promise to us. It totally ruined our mood especially we just came back from a tour, we are all WET and EXHAUSTED , making us sounds like non sense customers begging them to let us shower. We felt really disappointed and angry. 2)the hotel helps to arrange a return speed boat to the airport. We thought it is the same private speed boat as departure.Turns out they arranged us to another ship company which we saw its ads stated $15 per person. The hotel charged as $25 per person and didn’t even inform us the boat is different. I feel like I was scammed by the hotel for the extra costs we paid. Not recommended in overall
