A quiet and nice environment for a little getaway with family(s) ,friends, and loved ones.. I hosted my birthday sleepover here, and it was fun.Welcoming staff,clean rooms, and a comfortable environment .

My large group reserved all 8 rooms at this guesthouse months in advance for a trip to Cape Town. At the last minute, a friend of one of the members of our group independently contacted the owner to ask if there were any more rooms available to book and the owner said yes. This person paid for her separate room under a separate reservation from my group in order to join the group on the trip. But when we arrived, we found out that there was no ninth room for her to stay. The group had to accommodate her by squishing her in one of our crowded rooms, inconveniencing the others. The owner guessed that we wouldn't abandon her when we arrived on site. The owner kept most of this person's money under this revised, crowded accommodation, which seemed to be the ultimate goal. Response to owner: No mistake, it's the place.

Very disappointed 1.when you arrive at the place the hosts don't make you feel welcomed. 2.they overbook so when you check in they don't even know if there is a room available for you because of it being overbooked... So they will place you in any room that is a available, not the room you booked for. 3.the room they placed us in was so small I coudnt even think in it. The bathroom was small.. 4.we had to make food in the hosts kitchen, we never had any privacy. 5.we had to pay R250 extra, in order to get the experience of the jacuzzi 6.the host kept lying about the room we booked initially. He kept telling us they need to fix certain things in that room we booked but could not show us the room and then we were told it will be ready the next morning.. The next morning I asked the host can we move into the room we booked.. He replies by saying he is going to place us in another room instead.. Because there were guests still staying in the room we booked for. Then my partner and I immediately packed our stuff and informed the hosts that we're leaving because we're not happy and the hosts immediately begged me not to give a bad review. 7.this place is non-refundable. It is because they've had to refund so many other people before.
