What a wonderful hotel! We stayed here for for nights in the Kings room (Amazonia) and had the best time. The hotel and rooms is very beautiful and the pool is perfect for swimming and enjoying the view of the ocean. Besides that it’s relatively small and therefore very quiet and relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful and supported us with everything we needed from delicious breakfast and other meals to activities in the region. The breakfast was amazing as it consisted of fresh fruits, natural juices and everything we could wish for. We even got freshly-made crepioca (both sweet and salty) every morning.

Such an oasis to relax in between kitesurfing. First of all the facilities are incredibly designed. Everything is new, great design from local wood, amazing lighting and so on. We spent a lot of time chilling in or next to the pool as well as the various hammocks. We loved the fact there is no tv and airconditioning in the room, to provide a more relaxing and sustainable experience. There was a fan, which worked perfectly for a good night sleep. The staff is incredible too. Super attentive, they were there for every need and knew our names from day 1. The food on premises is also hands down the best in town. The chef makes some very creative and delicious dishes. We cancelled our next stay and decided to stay longer. And we’ll come back for sure next time we are in Prea!

Terrible experience. 3 nights and 3 problems ins the room: 1st day: shower broken. 2nd: power down just in the hotel, and no water in the shower. 3rd day: no water again. Front desk without personnel. Only the waiter in the restaurante. Tries to call maintenance and managers. No body pick up or reply text. “Concierge” comes by the hotel after one hour. Do not come talk to us. When I go looking for him for a solution, he offered none and told us our energy was to bad I he did not like bad energy. I ask for the manager or owner name and phone number. He tells me he will not talk to me ‘cause I’m nervous and refuses to give the name or number of the manager or the owner. He than left the premises of the hotel. No one know what happened with the water. There has been over 2 hours and no one has shown up with any explanation or estimation on how long it will take for the water to come back or even if it will.
