Our stay was lovely. It's was out of season, so I just a few guests. Even so, everything was available for you. Breakfast was great. Restaurant food is fine, but I would say if in season would be great. I lived the design of the hotel, the furnishings, the pool and beach. The staff were A1. Many thanks

I checked in early, which was nice. They didn’t find my reservation right away, almost charged me twice- but we figured it out. The metal detectors are just for show, like any other hotel in Morroco, but the security was zealous in profiling young people who were guests. Sometimes following them around urgently. It was a little extra. There was a sign that said no Burkinis allowed, which was weird because this is a Muslim country. I didn’t like that. The staff wouldn’t speak to me directly for some reason. I reassured them politely it was okay to speak to me in English or Arabic. They profiled me as well after I walked in coming back from the beach. They thought I was just coming in to use the pool or something without being a guest at the hotel. It was cleared up quickly. The AC didn’t work in our room. Or in the next room. It was spotty in the third room we were moved to. Every room had an unusual moldy odor. The mosquitos bit us up in our room at night. Make sure to close your sliding doors. I would not stay here again. 2/10

This hotel should be closed, or become a hostel for the homeless. Banging and building work going on from the moment we checked in, to having no hot water! If this place was $20 a night that would be acceptable but it was over 6x that! How can you not supply any hot water, it’s May and cold still here. Been in Morocco for some time now and this is probably the worst managed business I’ve come across. The pool is cute, but that’s about it really.
