We stayed overnight during a roadtrip. As people have mentioned, they likely do cater to.. a certain clientele.. but we found our stay comfortable, quiet and pleasant. The parking was great, located under your room with stairs going directly to it. We ordered room service which was prompt and reasonably priced.
Loved the concept of having your own garage under your room, with 24h menu room service at affordable prices, and a simple/fast check in directly from inside the car! Saved on my favorites hotels for whenever I’ll pass by the area again!
Terrible experience! We booked our room via Booking.com and when we arrived to check-in we were told that there was no reservation yet in their system. After waiting for about an hour — during which time four other people checked in — we were told that there were no rooms left that matched our reservation. We could either get a refund or pay extra for a different room. In summary, we have never had such a horrible experience in any other hotel.
