Kairos by the Mountain by The Hakuba Collection

Our stay at Kairos by the Mountain was truly amazing. The house was just spectacular with its huge windows which allows for breathtaking views. Its facilities are top notch. Location was perfect being so close by the main road, but still being on the quiet side. Not only was the property and location the best, Jason took really good care of us and did things above and beyond our basic expectations. The house and Jason really made us feel right at home. We would book this place again given the chance. And Hakuba Collection would definitely be our first choice.

What an incredible stay. The accommodation was beautiful and well appointed with all the amenities you could want for a snow trip. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times and made sure we had an enjoyable holiday.

Everything was sparkling clean and we had a great stay. Jason was always very helpful. We couldn’t figure out a little problem with the dishwasher one evening and Jason came over to help immediately even though it was late. We stayed in the first week of September and the ground floor bedrooms were ok and not uncomfortably warm with the standing fans. Upstairs living area was cool with the AC. Trash was cleared daily. Cypress tub was wonderful. Highly recommend!
