Kairos Hotel

The area is quite peripheral but quiet enough, the hotel itself works well, from the structure to the accommodation. Those who work there are helpful, kind and patient, the food overall is decent and not exceptional (note of merit is the very nice head waiter[?]. The very clean, bright, comfortable rooms also have a balcony and a spacious bathroom.

This hotel is still being built! One area is open, but the main building is not finished. The rooms are fine, clean and modern. There is plenty of hot water, and the rooms were cleaned each day. There was a broken bed on the staircase throughout our visit. The views from the rooms are horrible. The hotel is not in a pleasant area, but it is quiet. The food in the restaurant was disappointing both at dinner and for breakfast. One morning all of the eggs were undercooked. There was no fruit and very few vegetables. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful but there are also some less pleasant staff. I was shocked that the hotel demanded money for drinking water.

Any advice? Avoid coming here if you don't want to pay an exorbitant price and be scammed!! It's called a hotel but it's actually a retirement home. You'll find yourself here thinking you're in a resort and spa, but everything is under construction and therefore unusable. You're 13 km (Quarto di Marano is the name of the place) from Piazza Cavour in Naples, and to get there you have to take two trains. A truly inconvenient location if you want to visit Naples. Our room was extremely dirty; the dust stayed with you. You found drops of blood under the sink, and you can see the rest in the photos. Breakfast consisted of cold cuts that looked spoiled, and the breakfast room was truly dirty. A real nightmare!!!! Think carefully before booking here!!! One star is already too many! Ps. You have a TV in the room, but bring your own remote because there isn't one!!
