Absolutely unforgettable stay – 10/10! The location is perfect, with breathtaking views and complete peace. The pools and private jacuzzi made the experience even more relaxing. Everything was spotless, with the room cleaned every morning. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with plenty of choice. The gentleman we communicated with and all the staff were incredibly kind, helpful and professional – truly exceptional service. We felt so well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Very wonderful suite with the best view you could get from any hotel. The staff were extremely friendly. The manager gave us a lot of good advice to how we can save as much money as possible with transport and gave us a plan to places we could visit which saved is the trouble to search up all the tourist areas. The barman was very friendly and we had long talks with each other. The breakfast was delicious offering us plenty of choice, I recommend the greek coffee that tasted better than the local cafes in the area. They asked us the day before what we would like and prepared it the day after. I also saw reviews about the rooms containing mold, however this is completely false! The rooms were very clean and spacious and they had also very good wifi connection in the suites. They have a gym and spa and also a pool table where i enjoyed playing with my family. The pool was very nicely decorated although I didn’t go swimming it looked very beautiful. Overall a very nice place to enjoy. I definitely recommend this suite, i went to a total of 3 different suites and this one was definitely the best, it included everything you need and want. - a beautiful view - a nice and comfy suite - very friendly staff

If I could rate this place a zero I would. We had been looking forward to our stay in the deluxe suite forever. We check in & not even 30 minutes after entering the room we notice a dead bug on the bed. We start to further inspect to then see dead carcasses of bugs along the mattresses seams, residue on the headboard (where it was completely covered with what looked like bed bug poop) , hairs + dirt on the sheets. The floors were also dirty and there were pubic hairs on the bathroom counter top. Upon bringing these concerns to the hosts attention & stating we didn’t feel comfortable staying due to these reasons , we were yelled at,made fun of for our concerns, and accused of planting everything in the room. We were told we were not allowed to sleep on the mattress so we shouldn’t be worrying about it anyways (like shouldn’t be concerned with what was under the sheets… he said quote on quote we should forget about it), and basically told we were crazy for our concerns. After the continuous yelling and being told we would not be refunded we stated we were going to leave ,where we were then followed out to our car (that’s when we were accused of planting the hairs and other dirt in the room) I have never been treated so poorly with any customer service related concerns. These people should not be allowed to list on air bnb. Absolutely DO NOT RECCOMEND
