A nice hotel in the Chapultepec area, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to get to the centre (20-30mins walk), great selection of taco stands 5-10 mins walk. Beds were comfy, AC well equipped, wifi unfortunately very shotty.. Breakfast buffet was almost the same everyday, but the wait staff were always very warm, friendly and attentive as well as the hotel staff.
There's no quiet time in this hotel and walls are thin people next door from our room were talking extremely loud at 5 am and using the hairdryer , you can hear cleaners from 7 am throwing and dragging things. Not good if you are a light sleeper. The room and the hotel in general are pretty and clean.
This hotel has potential to be a great option close to many centro attractions. The hotel looks nice, the staff is great. The architect who designed it should probably think about changing careers. Instead of designing a building with noise suppression and attenuation, they designed a hotel that amplifies all noises. If you are in a room in the first two floors, you can hear conversations of people sitting in the lobby like they were sitting in your room. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. It's worse than some cheap hotels at a third of the price.
