Amazing location and Stanislav from the reception helped me with everything i needed. I was here with a group of turists and they felt amazing too. Nice place and they have good food. Thank you and hi from Romania!
Today we visited the Relax centre and the swimming pool. The staff on the reception was very helpful and kind. Donka who is in charge of the Relax centre welcomed us and helped to make our choice of procedures. She was amazing and we enjoyed very much the Salt room, Sauna, Steam room, Tourmaline massage beds and in the end we finished at the swimming pool and Sunny terrace. Everything was perfect.
If u dont care about some bugs in your room ,this is your place to stay.When i got my first room i found some bugs there.I told to front desk and they gave my new room.But they admit that they know about it and its not something new.The second room was even worse.I found so many bugs ,some above my bed and some in the bed.I told them again and spoke with the manger on duty.But they were ,its ok we know.They did nothing about it.Def the mangment here is bad and its something the owners should try to change in the future.
