An absolutely unique place! Kaliva Suites is a true oasis of style and relaxation. The boho-inspired décor captivates from the first moment you step inside – natural materials, muted colors, and meticulously crafted details create an incredibly cozy atmosphere. The room was exclusive, spotlessly clean, and meticulously furnished. The private jacuzzi on the balcony is a real highlight – perfect for evening moments with a glass of wine and a sunset view. The perfect sunbathing conditions – comfortable loungers, a crystal-clear pool, and beautiful surroundings make it easy to forget the world around you. The staff is incredibly polite, smiling, and always ready to help. I felt truly special here…like a golden VIP 😀

I chose this property to celebrate my birthday, but after the first hour, I deeply regretted my decision. From my perspective, the main issue lies in poor management. Although this hotel is part of a group, it feels like this particular property has been entirely neglected by the leadership. We reported several issues immediately, but nothing was done. To summarize: No ventilation in the toilet of a €500-per-night suite – the room had a constant unpleasant odor as a result. Spiders and mosquitos were present in the room upon arrival. We reported it, but no cleaning or action followed. Appalling poolside service – we were told by multiple staff members to open our own large umbrella and to fetch our food as takeaway from the restaurant, despite staying in one of the hotel’s most expensive suites. When we raised this at checkout, the operations manager dismissed it with: "I cannot control what my staff tell our customers." A truly unacceptable response. The pool shower was out of order, which added to the general sense of poor upkeep. We were asked to park near a large pile of junk behind the "suites" – hardly the welcome you’d expect. Breakfast was served 500 meters away in a different hotel altogether, which was inconvenient and poorly communicated. All in all, this was a deeply disappointing experience that clearly shows a lack of attention to guest satisfaction and property standards. I do not recommend this place, especially if you're expecting service or quality that matches the premium price.
