Best hotel in my 2 weeks of stay in Japan. Clean and modern deco rooms with a high pressure hot shower, comfy beds and quiet air conditioning.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was such a lovely experience! I was a solo traveler and it was very close to the station, only a 4 minute walk. There's a grocery store nearby, the staff is so so so so so sweet made some great friends and they always remembered me when i returned from my outings! Especially this one older gentleman at the front desk, certified sweetie pie. Truly made my trip better. Super close to all the major spots and plenty of lowkey back roads to take if you've had enough of big crowds. The room was clean, the pajamas were fabulous, everything was updated and comfortable. Loved it and would stay again! 🩷 MP

Pros: Minimalist but nice new room. Good location. Cons: 1. The hotel doesn't provide the expected Japanese service. 2. Poor reception service attitude. I was given my key, not told that I had to take the amenities that were not in the room. 3. No tea or coffee. When I asked, the staff said you could buy it from the hotel. I never would have expected this at a Japanese hotel. At a price rate of 250 dollars a night, one would not expect this. Most hotels in Japan would offer unlimited tea or coffee. 4.. Wifi connectivity on and off, staff could not help uscdolve problem amd justvsaid it's bad today. 5. There is no bathtub in the room, which is ok when there is information during the booking process. 6. Staff does not understand English well, and you get the minimum service. 7. Reading lights at the bed missing. 8. It's expensive for what you get, hence the 1 star. Otherwise, it could be a 2 star. Hotels around this area are all 50 percent less than this one.
