Great place! Excellence service, delicious food, many activities all day long. Very good drinks🤭 Holiday of my life! I travel a lot, know Turkey very well but this hotel was so far the best. I will be back but next time for more than 1 week. Thank you Fulya Staff for making my holiday so successful!!!

We stayed at the Sentido Kamelya Fulya Hotel and overall had a great experience. We were given a room on the top floor, right in the center, with a full sea view (extra charge, but totally worth it!). The room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping came daily to clean, replace towels, and restock the minibar. However, we were a bit disappointed with the food. While there was plenty of variety, it often felt like quantity was prioritized over quality. Most of the dishes were rather bland, and the selection was quite repetitive day to day, with only a few exceptions. On the positive side, they used well-known, high-quality brands, like Coca-Cola for soft drinks. One downside we noticed was the elevator situation. There are only three elevators for the entire building, which is not really enough – especially during busy hours. Coming down from the top floor often meant waiting 5 to 10 minutes, which got a bit frustrating at times. The beach was absolutely beautiful – clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly not overcrowded. There was always enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. The pool area was also nice, though due to the high number of families, sunbeds and umbrellas tended to be taken early in the morning – so make sure to go down early if you want a good spot. One of the highlights of the hotel was the non-stop entertainment. From around 10 AM to 10 PM, there were various activities and shows going on all the time. It’s a perfect spot for families with kids, as there’s always something to do.

**A Letdown – Not Worth the Hype** I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent stay at Fulya Resort was so underwhelming that I felt compelled to share my experience. To start with, the **rooms are cramped, outdated, and poorly insulated**. Noise travels easily from nearby rooms and hallways, making it difficult to sleep or relax. The ambiance is far from what you'd expect at a supposed 4 or 5-star property — more like a budget inn. The **staff showed little enthusiasm or warmth**, often appearing uninterested or even annoyed. Customer service felt like an afterthought, with minimal effort to make guests feel welcome. A major downside was the **overcrowded and uncomfortable pool area**. **Sunbeds are crammed side by side**, offering no personal space or sense of tranquility. It felt more like a chaotic city pool than a resort designed for rest. The snack options between meals were another disappointment. They were **scarce, repetitive, and uninspired** — hardly fitting for a resort advertising an “Ultra All-Inclusive” experience. The **drink offerings were the worst part**. Everything is local, and many of the drinks, including the beer, tasted heavily diluted. At the beach bar, only soft drinks are included — any alcoholic beverages come with an additional charge. Aside from bottled water, there's not much to enjoy. All in all, Fulya Resort fell short in nearly every aspect: **subpar rooms, indifferent service, low-quality amenities, and misleading claims** about what's actually included. If you’re planning a relaxing, enjoyable holiday, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. --
