Stayed in this hotel and when you get into the hotel and you see mostly Japanese, I think it wouldn’t be a bad choice. We love the private onsen. Went with my wife and my 2.5 year old toddler I love the dinner kaiseki. See my photos and videos. We selected a corner tatami room and love the view and the spaciousness.
The room is nice and cozy. Appreciate the shuttle bus service and the water server with bottle. Location might not be the most convenient but I definitely prefer the lake to the train station. Would love to spend more time here.
Right an the lake. Alao has a private bath that you can reserve, we used it for our whole family. The food was fantastic, service very nice. Would go again
