Kamenoi Hotel Izukogen

Firstly, the hotel design is fabulous. It has an amazing pool side view which allows you to chill around there. It even gets a mini lounge with unlimited juice, coffee and beer. Secondly, the staff service is impeccable. If you got luggages with you, they are rushing to help you even at the entrance. That’s five star service. Last but not least, the dinner is fabulous. The set I chose is a mix of Japanese and western style which I LOVED!!! It is so perfect from appetizer to beef to main course and then dessert. My main course is fish (splendid alfonsino) which is cooked flawlessly with amazing sauce (and the point is I don’t even like eating fish before!). The hotel even provides three types of noodles at nighttime which looks pretty delicious to me but I am just too full to try.

Enjoyed my stay for one night! Room was super big and had a nice ocean view! There were free drinks at the lobby and some free snacks when we checked in. The onsen was amazing and we used it twice!! Loved the breakfast and dinner and the view of the ocean! Thank you for taking care of us during the meal time! Special shout out to a young lady waitress who couldn’t speak English but noticed that my daughter did not touch the raw sashimi and offered to change it for shabu-shabu. Also a shout out to another lady waitress wearing glasses for just being so kind and for serving us the super delicious noddles at 9pm! An amazing stay! Thank you!

First time here, and this place is absolutely incredible! Walking in, the view of the ocean is gorgeous, and there's an infinity "pool" and seats for enjoying the view. The room that we had was the best we've had in all our hotel stays in Japan! There's a furo in the bathroom and lots of space, unlike all those tiny rooms with one side of the bed against the wall and no space to walk. Attached are some pics!
