Had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center, which made getting around super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a central spot.

The hotel is in a fairly good location — everything you need is around you, but be prepared for noise at night coming from the nearby shops and venues. Although we had booked a different room, they gave us an upgrade — with an extra charge, of course — and we agreed. We arrived quite early, before check-in time, and the room was ready. It was exactly what we had requested, with a balcony and a view. The room was spotless, the mattresses were comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. They cleaned the room every two days. The staff was quite friendly, although they didn’t speak English very well. We asked them to call a taxi to the airport, and even though a sign in the elevator said 1,400 lira, they charged us 1,700. When we first arrived, we got a taxi from the airport by ourselves, and it only cost 900 lira. Overall, it’s worth staying here if you want to move around all the tourist spots without stress.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Our first room was extremely noisy — there’s a bar right outside the windows, and the sound insulation is poor. It was hard to sleep. Thankfully, we were moved to a quieter room after we complained. Housekeeping was inconvenient. The cleaner usually comes right after breakfast, and if you're still in the room at that time, the room just won’t get cleaned that day. There were no “Do not disturb” or “Please clean” signs available. Breakfast was disappointing — very repetitive, with lots of bread and sauces, but not much else. It lacked variety and flavor. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations in terms of comfort or service.
