If you want a peaceful restful Baguio stay less crowded then choose this hotel. Since they only have 6 Themed rooms. It's just that carpets and curtains are dirty so I don't know how they maintain the property. Their food is good though.

Overpriced & overhyped. Paid fine dining prices for fast-food manners and premium crew attitude. Never again. They claim it’s perfect for people who like fewer crowds, of course it is, nobody comes back after surviving one round of that “hospitality.”

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On one hand, it's absolutely aesthetic! Everything is so pretty and well-designed—definitely Instagram-worthy! However, I can't ignore that cleanliness is an issue. My aunt accidentally dropped her earrings under the bed and let's just say she was greeted by dust that seems to have been waiting for ages! On the plus side, the amenities are fantastic. They provided a hair dryer and I really enjoyed the complimentary Molton Brown shampoo, conditioner, and soap! Just a little note though: we found ourselves hunting for cups for our toothbrushes. There’s complimentary water, but no glasses in the room. What truly stands out about this place is the staff! 😊 Everyone—from the receptionist to the waitstaff—is friendly and very helpful. Their hospitality greatly enhanced our overall experience. In summary, this hotel has great potential and I hope they can work on their cleanliness issues. I have more stories to share about that, but I’ll keep those to myself for now. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
