I rate my 4-day stay in apartment no. 2 very positively. We were with children (twins 3.5 years old). The equipment is very good, both in terms of the kitchenette and the number of wardrobes and beds. Warm and clean. Very nice location, close to shops and restaurants. It's a kilometer walk to the new settlement. Right next to the "start" of the sleigh ride.

Very nice location - outside the very center of the Vistula, but close to one of the main roads, with direct access to the river. A perfect place for trips and walks - also with children. Two-story apartments, functionally and tastefully furnished. Very clean and tidy. The only drawback (that's why one star less) are the stairs to the first floor: very steep, requiring some acrobatics. If it was only about access to the bedroom, they wouldn't be so annoying, but there is also a bathroom with a toilet on the first floor... Therefore, for people with active children or some mobility impairment - this may be a problem (but does not have to be). The area is fenced, a bit stylized as an open-air museum (but in a positive sense), well-kept, with infrastructure also ensuring stationary rest. The hosts were very helpful and open. Possibility to reach an agreement with the hosts regarding serving breakfast - then delicious local products are worth recommending. In general, the choice of gastronomy in the immediate area is quite large and usually of a good to very good standard.
