A lovely stay at Kanaan Group Hotel! Warm hospitality, clean rooms, and a perfect location in the heart of Baalbeck. Great for families, couples, and travelers. Felt like home—highly recommended!
The hotel is just amazing. The staff are professional and friendly. The rooms are super clean and equipped with all essential amenities.
The worst experience ever. The room was extra small size. The bed was the smallest bed i’ve ever seen, with a very hard mattress like you’re sleeping on the rocks literally ! The tv was from the 90s. I don’t recommend it at All
