We booked a room for 10 people, but it was filthy and nothing like the photos. When we asked for a change, the staff refused We barely stepped into the room before realizing it was filthy and misrepresented. When we asked for a refund, the staff threatened us with dogs and even tried to physically attack us! They demanded payment for just 10 minutes. Never stay here! We tried to leave within minutes, but they demanded payment and shouted abusive words. Felt unsafe—never again!
This is the worst place to stay. We contacted the owner and he was not polite during the conversation we have had before confirming the booking. As this was our last option we booked and it was the biggest mistake we did as we booked in the end. The place was not cleaned and also the owner didn't mention about that we need to bring our own sheets, plates and cups. There were lack of communication between the workers and owner. The website is showing all the fake photos. Photos shows on the website is very clean and nice but when we go there wasn't anything like the website. We booked 5 rooms as this was a family stay we wanted to stay only one night but it was a really bad stay. The workers were helpful but they were feeling sorry for us as they could not help us but did their best to help in anyways. We are not recommending anyone to book this place.
They ask me to cancel room... but they put the notice like they have rooms..
