🌟 "Perfect post-flight comfort just minutes from Kansai Airport!" After a long flight, Washington Hotel Kansai Airport was exactly what we needed — modern, spotless, and incredibly convenient. Just a short, easy train ride from Osaka Kansai Airport, it’s the perfect place to unwind without the stress of a long transfer. The staff were outstanding — warm, welcoming, and fluent in English, making check-in a breeze. Our room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed that made it tempting to sleep in. We didn’t get the chance to dine at the hotel, but the aromas coming from the restaurant were seriously tempting. Tip: If you’re arriving late or jet-lagged, this is one of the easiest and most comfortable options you’ll find so close to the airport. Friendly service, clean rooms, and unbeatable convenience — highly recommended!
I am very happy that I chose to live this hotel. The hotel is very close to airport and has shuttle bus to go there. There are family mart and other markets and shopping mall close by., few minutes walking distance. Breakfast is great. The room is very clean and comfortable. The stuff Thapa is very friendly. She is very professional and great help! I will come again when I visit Osaka next time.
I’m giving this hotel a 3 star rating simply because of the location & the very friendly shuttle bus driver who brought us from Kansai airport. Otherwise it would have been a 2 star rating! This hotel is good for one thing- its location! Upon arrival, 4 staff standing in the lobby directed me to the check in kiosks. As we all know, these machines only confuses. So I asked if I could check in at the reception counter. The American receptionist was totally charmless. Blank face and robotic. No pleasantries. No hello. No nothing. The entire floor of our room was covered in a dark brown carpet which smelled mouldy and looked damp. The room itself was spartan and bare. You wouldn’t want to spend an extra minute here if you didn’t have to.
