Amazing.. good pool, great steam room, well equipped gym. Room clean and smell fresh. Great city view. Cafe has great vibes for chilling.
Love this place, nice room, comfy bed, kitchen area is fab! Toilet and shower with bath are amazing. Fitness and swimming pool on 16th floor are perfect and it closes at 10 pm. Buffet and cafe are fab! Love it and would go back again.
This was my second stay at this hotel. I chose to return because the rooms are well-designed and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The overall service is acceptable—not terrible—although I did encounter some disappointing behavior from staff, particularly those at the café in front of the hotel. They came across as arrogant and ego-driven. More importantly, they appeared to be dismissive of Thai guests. It felt as though Thai customers were unwelcome, which sadly, did not surprise me. I assumed the hotel would have proper training programs in place—especially on guest etiquette and nondiscriminatory service—but my recent experience has caused me to seriously question that assumption. What I found especially unacceptable was the conduct of one staff member stationed in the breakfast room. She wore a black uniform and seemed to hold a supervisory position. While I was dining, she stood near the exit and kept staring at me with a visibly unfriendly expression. At first, I brushed it off as a coincidence, so I simply focused on enjoying my meal. However, when I finished and prepared to leave, I glanced toward the door and noticed she was still glaring at me in the same unwelcoming manner. Curious, I continued to observe her behavior. She seemed to politely greet and thank other guests, offering warm service and friendly gestures. But when I walked out, she looked at me, lifted her chin in a dismissive way, and walked off to the other side of the room, clearly avoiding us. Even my sister noticed and remarked, surprised, “Why does this staff member seem so arrogant and look down on Thai guests?” Once we had exited the dining room, the same staff member returned to her original post, confirming to us that her behavior was intentional. I’m confident in my social etiquette, and my attire that day was polite and appropriate for the setting. I always speak respectfully and never raise my voice. I consider myself a well-mannered individual, and I felt deeply disrespected. So, I’m left wondering: Does this hotel have a policy of being unwelcoming toward Thai guests? Remarks: Jun, 27-28 2025
