Beautiful modern building. Excellent, service minded staff. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Had dinner in the Grillroom Redtaurant, which was in all aspects a highlight.
I was only there for a kid's birthday, going away party, and only saw the restaurant and pool. But it was quite nice with a professional staff.
The hotel is nicely decorated and has all the features I needed. Room was spacious with extra sofa, big desk and balcony. Well equipped gym, sauna and swimming pool on the top floor. Breakfast offers variety of Thai and western food. Perfect to start new day. Hotel has 19 floors with more than 10 rooms each floor but only 2 lifts operate there. Each time I need to use lift I had to wait a couple of minutes. At the time of my stay I saw American soldiers being located there. That made me feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. Hotel management should avoid having such guests. I probably would not consider this place on my next trip.
