Wow! We had an amazing time in Kappa resort. The staff were very nice and polite, helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, rich and fresh. The private beach very convenient and quiet, we spend a whole day there. Yanis the lifeguard gave luxury services and great tips. The only thing was the villa that has a lot of stares that wasn’t safe with children. The pool was very clean.

Our stay in Kappa Resort was very nice! We arrived on a late flight in Thessaloniki, needed to get our rental car and only then made our way to Kappa. Yet, there was still somebody waiting for us when we arrived. In the room they had left us delicious sandwiches and chips, which was very thoughtful! Overall, the rooms are quite spacious and ours had 2 floors as well as a big terrace, which distributed on two levels and which offered a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. Also, we had quick access to the shared pool space and the surroundings were nice and quiet. We were very happy with the rooms. Breakfast was very solid and offered a good amount of different options. As for dinner, there’s also a bunch of good options on the menu. We had dinner in the hotel on 3 nights out of our 6 nights and were always satisfied. Lastly, the staff was very friendly, as was the General Manager, who was also approachable at all times. Everyone assured that we had a great stay at Kappa Resort and that we‘d be happy to come here again in future.

Stayed 10 nights at Kappa, family of four with kids at 8 years. Pro’s: - people. The employees are awesome, customer service deserves 10/10. the people working here is next level. Cannot emphasize this enough. All personnel was super friendly!! - views are awesome. - breakfast is good with lots of options. (Did miss some cupped fruits like watermelon) - we had a 3 floor suite which was great. Beautiful view of the sea. - included sunbeds at the beach. Cons: - there’s a lot of insects as the resort is very close to the woods. Sitting at the shared pool daytime and outside during evenings and caused a lot of bug and mosquitoes bites. But also a LOT of ants around the shared pool. Also in the terrasse. - had some issues with hot water and water pressure in general. We had 2-3 days on a row without hot water in the shower. Never made a complaint as a cold shower after a warm day is refreshing. - we could t bring our own drinks to the beach sun beds.. Probably a regulation rule which is understandable. We would be happy to buy drinks from the hotel, But there’s no beach bar, no menu and it’s not really set up for serving at the beach. When you top that off with prices being higher than the most posh beach clubs around, and there’s a 20 min wait for a beer, it’s not a great deal. Walk over to the next door beach bar and get a beer for half the price. Things to note: you need a car while staying here, as it’s a bit away from other restaurants and other POI is a bit far. Summary: great value for money, fantastic people working there who really try to make a difference, and really a great loacation! I think it’s a good bang for the buck.
