karaksa hotel grande Shin Osaka Tower

This hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to the Shin-Osaka train station, several convenience stores and restaurants. The hotel's staff are very nice and always available to help, and the check-in desk will be attended to for most of the day, so early or late arrivals are not a problem. The rooms have different prices for different sizes, but all rooms are of high standards. The hotel also has a buffet restaurant. I'm not entirely sure if they have lunch or dinner, but the buffet breakfast is included when you reserve your rooms. The hotel also had a bath and showers for people staying (one for men, one for women) which was also nice. Overall, very nice and convenient hotel with clean rooms and great service. 5 stars.

Probably one of the best hotels, I have visited so far - clean rooms, extremely kind and helpful people, great price and perfect location. The hotel is 5 min walk from one of the major hubs if you need to travel with the trains and on the red subway line, which covered for us the majority of places we wanted to cover. The public bath is exceptionally clean and included in your booking! If I return to Osaka one day - this will be the first place to check for availability!

Chose the location due to proximity to Shinkansen station. Great room for our family of 4. Amazing service as well. I left two shirts in the closet and the hotel was wonderful to work with. The shipped them to my next hotel in Tokyo overnight. Highly recommend for service, amenities and location to shin Osaka station.
