We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generous and fresh. The location is ideal: quiet, yet within walking distance of the city center. Extra highlights were the free use of the swimming pool and sauna, and the convenient underground parking just across the street. Highly recommended!
One of the best hotels ever been to. Great location, very clean and great decoration. Rooms are large and confortable. Tried normal room and apartment and worth every cent. If ever go back will take exact same .
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Karl August, while visiting Nuremberg from Canada for our son’s wedding. Overall customer service in the hotel was excellent. As well, customer service in Pique Nique Cafe was excellent. Tobias always made sure our day got off to a Great start with awesome cappuccinos and the freshest baked pastries. The service and food was outstanding at Cafe Nitz, where our son’s wedding was held. We hope to be back in the future.
