Karl Johan Hotel

Look no further! This is the place to be in Central Oslo. The location is perfect. The rooms are great, spacious with very comfortable beds, and all amenities were perfect. The breakfast buffet was awesome, one of the best I have had in a hotel! Really well done! Well recommended. Will be back soon.

We loved this hotel. The highlights are fast and friendly check in, brilliant housekeeping and an exceptional breakfast location with a wide range of delicious options. The room is small but so is every other room is Scandinavia at this price point so no surprise there. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for us. We would definitely return visit when in Oslo.

Great hotel! Rooms a bit small but perfect for 3 night stay. Bathroom sink was small and positioned awkwardly for make up application but apart from that, great shower, really liked the Skög toiletries in the room also. Would have appreciated a shower cap :) you cannot fault the breakfast, really worth the money! You must book with breakfast. Host staff were very accommodating, let us check-in early at 12pm, I’m sure not always the case. The gym facilities were excellent also. We were weary about the noise from outside the hotel and were given a room towards the back of the hotel, wasn’t soundproof but we slept relatively peacefully. Location and service can’t be faulted. We would stay again!
