Great property in an excellent location. Our room was spacious with breathtaking views of the hills. Plenty of parking on site as well. Bar is open till 12 every day and Kai is one of the best mixologist around, making amazing cocktails. Gym and pool are nice and clean (didn't use the spa or games room). Couple of supermarkets within a 10-15 mins walk The hotel doesn't do lunch options or snacks so make sure to stock up (specially on Sunday). All on all, we had a great stay with very hospitable staff

The room was nice, with a kitchen area as well and an outdoor area. Nice breakfast with a wide selection, but it’s the same menu everyday, could add some variety. 15min walk from the lake, close to the train station. Lot of parking available. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were clean, but we’re out of service for 2 of the days we were there due to maintenance.

We had a family trip to Karma Bavaria. Located in a quaint village of Schliersee in Bavaria. It is an expansive property with studio and bedroom apartments. The apartments have undergone renovation and are well appointed with a kitchenette. They serve continental breakfast spread (although they could do better juggling the menu for change) The front desk staff, Lisa and Alitfa were very courteous. There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa and sauna with a kids room. They also have a well appointed gym. It is a 10 min walk from the train station. The town is lovely with necessary amenities available. Best is to rent a car or travel by train. (Only reason i did not give a 5 star is because of the water issue. The showers would run dry during the day and peak morning hours due to some plumbing issue they are trying to sort out)
