Wonderful hotel! The hotel works like a flawless mechanism, each person in his place! I would like to note the work of the waiters. Osman is a star among them. He doesn't walk, he flies! Honestly… I love it. It is amazing. The staff is nice. However they don’t speak a lot of English. One time I was alone in my room and a cleaner knocked on the door. I went to answer and she had a card to the room and entered. I said you have to wait. She said no and started cleaning and because of that we almost missed our lunch. Otherwise great entertainment team, nice staff, polite bartenders and other. They even addressed my mom as madam which not a lot of people use now days. Come here! Expensive but worth it.

The service was good and the waiters were friendly. However, the female lifeguard completely ruined our experience. She treated local guests differently, constantly whistling at our children while ignoring others. She refused to let us retrieve a toy from the pool and acted rude when we tried to speak to her. My child no longer wanted to play in the only kids' area. The beach is dirty, far from the hotel, with strong waves and barely working showers. Definitely our first and last time here.
