Excellent views from our room! You have to take two lifts and go up some stairs to get to it which is time consuming and wouldn’t be suitable for those who struggle with stairs so bear that in mind. When we arrived, they took our cases up for us on the golf buggy. They offer a shuttle bus every hour to the beach which was great, and we arranged a time to be picked up after. The person driving it was extremely friendly! The views from the pool are incredible and it has a swim up bar which we enjoyed a beer from. We also bought beers from the bar to take to our room each night. Each room has its own bathtub to fill up, but it took a while to fill so we didn’t really use it. I think if we were there for more than 2 nights we would have. They offer food and the dining area looked nice but we went out for our meals so can’t comment. They also have a spa which we didn’t have time to use. Overall the most luxurious hotel experience and I would love to come back just to spend a few days purely at the hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 night and highly recommend it to travel. I liked the location: it is far from the noisy streets, which creates an atmosphere of comfort, tranquility and real relaxation. Besides, the view from the hotel to the city is wonderful, and the pool is a love 🩷 There are only two disadvantages such as air conditioner which is old and breakfast. Although some people prefer closer to the beach, but this is not a problem, every hour, morning to 5:00 p.m. there is a transfer from the hotel to the beach. I will definitely come back here again!

It was unfortunately one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. Everything about our stay fell short of expectations. From the outset, our check-in at 12:30 p.m. was delayed until 2:00 p.m. Upon reaching our room, we discovered its inconvenient location atop a hill, necessitating two elevator rides and over 100 stairs. The room itself appeared dated and unclean, resembling an inadequately renovated space from the 1980s. A significant number of mosquitoes were present. After requesting cleaning services, the floor was swept, but a thorough mopping was needed to address persistent stains. The toilet lacked a hand faucet. On the second day, one of the elevators malfunctioned for the remainder of our stay, requiring us to climb an additional 100 to 200 stairs to reach the other elevator. Furthermore, upon our late arrival at night at the hotel, we were unfortunately denied buggy service.. Staff consistently demonstrated a reluctance to provide adequate hospitality, suggesting a lack of encouragement or training in delivering positive guest experiences. The hotel is quite a distance from the beach, approximately a 2km walk. I would suggest booking a hotel that is either newly built or recently renovated, closer to the beach, and offers a warmer welcome to its guests
