We upgraded to a room with direct pool access, which they offered upon check-in. The hotel is spotless, with friendly and efficient staff. You cannot get much closer to the beach or the main street for the shops and restaurants, but there was no noise to be heard. WE WOULD BOOK AGAIN WITHOUT A DOUBT.
Rooms were okay unless you get put in an A or a B room and then you can hear the neighbours blasting music at 8am after keeping you up all night from making worse sounds. Service was okay, rooms were kept clean but they knock on your door and ask to come in with no explanation about some form of bug repellent, which would’ve been good to know prior. And the front of house were lovely upon arrival and through out, other than refusing to get my shoes out of the room after check out, knowing for a fact they were in there. Just blatantly refusing so I’ve come home with one less pair of shoes As for the location, i wouldn’t recommend it to anybody, Thailand was incredible but i will never return to this side of Phuket. Dirty, same scamming shops every 2 seconds and be careful where you eat as we were served raw chicken down the road from the hotel. On the topic of food though, the Indian that is linked with the hotel was lovely! You can see the Buddha from the restaurant which was the only positive of the hotel
I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, specifically regarding the check-out experience. We were only given one room card during our check-in, but when checking out, a staff member (the one in the attached photo) insisted that we had received two. Despite our repeated explanations that we only had one card, she refused to listen and stuck to her claim, with a rather uncooperative attitude. This unnecessary dispute dragged out the check-out process for 20 minutes, which was extremely frustrating. On a positive note, there was a lovely short-haired Thai staff member who was very helpful and had a great attitude—she made the situation a bit more bearable. I hope the hotel can address this issue to avoid similar problems for other guests.
