Karpatski Hotel & Restaurant

Cosy, newly dressed and good designed rooms. Superrrr SPA. Ski room. Friendly and professional staff. Great breakfast. By the bottom of gorgeous mountain, in old forest, above Bokovel resort.

I stayed at Karpatski hotel and had very bad experience: 1. Room. Cottage is nice, but construction is not finished. There is no light on stairs, it’s dangerous to walk on on slippery unstable steps. We asked to remove falling ice from the roof, but our request was ignored. 2. Ski room. There is no enough space for all guests on boot dryer. Equipment is stored on common racks and is not marked, so it is not common for other guests to take someone else skis. 3. Spa. Hotel advertises that there is a spa with sauna and pool. However, they are shared with other hotel(s) and located on another property few miles away. Spa is often overloaded. There is a sauna in the lobby, but it’s not free for hotel guests. 4. Staff. Front desk employees are unprofessional and rude. They raise there voice in conversation with guests and very unpleasant to talk with. 5. Skiing. Hotel offers free transfer to slopes, but only during certain hours. Cars are small and we had to wait our turn for a long time. Overall experience is very negative. I would rate this hotel as “zero stars” and would never consider staying at Karpatski again.

Rating just their Spa! It was awfully dirty, the pool outside is barely warm...never ever again!
