Amazing hotel, entertainment team are amazing! Stefan especially was brilliant, always positive and amazing energy and always getting everyone involved. Food is amazing, a nice variation each night so always something for everyone. Rooms are excellent and would definitely recommend staying here

Lovely hotel and wonderful staff across all area's. Unfortunately for us we got trapped in a lift for about ten minutes, my wife was on the verge of a panic attack and not in a good way for a couple of hours, an hour later there was a major sewage spill just outside the restaurant entrance, this did not go into the restaurant as it is a flight of stairs above the spill, all this is unfortunate for the hotel which generally is very good. The food for us was good and we will have to have a diet when we get home.

Overall lovely hotel. Very clean and great location. Food was decent and big selection every day to choose from. Entertainment was great and the entertainers were very engaging. Only criticism i would give is the lack of snacks at the pool bar and rarely ice cream. Youngest was a bit gutted she couldnt get her ice cream any time of the day. For an all inclusive this was a bit disappointing but didnt stop us having a great time. The last couple of days something was wrong with the drinking water. Im sure this would have been fixed at some point after we had left. I would definitely recommend for a nice budget holiday for the whole family
