Charming and peaceful place, incredibly clean sea water, beautiful sea view and impressive sunset... It was a pleasure for us to be in Karya family resort complex and to realize a dream vacation... Sincere thanks to the restaurant manager Mr. Guven, for his responsiveness, impeccable service and attention, to his team, to the girls and boys at the reception, to the bartenders, to the radiant head of the maids...thank you to all of you!!! ..Be alive and healthy!!!
Great big rooms , very friendly service, amazing location just by the see and 45 minutes far from airport by car . Everything was amazing just they need to improve their beach 🏖️ cleaning the stones and some sea 🌊 grass which should not be that difficult for the hotel management I believe than it’s gonna be wonderful. Definitely worth to visit specially for families
We had the opportunity to stay at the hotel for 7 nights. In short - the hotel does not deserve 4 stars. The rooms have very old furniture, narrow and unmaintained. Hygiene is at a terribly low level. The food is beyond criticism, tasteless and absolutely the same every day. The choice is non-existent, we did not like it at all. The desserts were terrible to say the least, only two types of fruit - apple and orange. You can only dream about Turkish baklava. The beef was very rare, the chicken was just a tough dry steak and that was it. Extremely disappointing. The location of the hotel is great, the base is very large and has room for quite good improvements. The hotel needs a complete renovation. The beach was abandoned and deserted. The staff ignores almost all complaints from the guests, they are not interested in absolutely anything. Nothing can touch or bother them. We were left with the impression that they are not interested in the level of comfort they can provide to the guests. We repeatedly asked for umbrellas, help from reception, help from maintenance, no one paid any attention to us. The pool and the entertainment team were the best thing about the hotel. Kudos to that. Everything else was deplorable. We would never visit it again.
