KASA Hotel Riviera Maya

Best hotel experience of my life so far! Room super nice and very clean! The resort on a bay in Puerto Aventuras (cordoned off, high security area) super nice! Breakfast very rich and delicious. The service was the best. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating and left nothing to be desired, from the restaurant crew to the house management and reception. Thanks also to the manager and owner who gave us a free upgrade on our second stay. But also thanks to Chris, Cindy, Alfredo and everyone else!!!!

Hotel is brand new & very clean. Location is beautiful. Hotel staff is very courteous. Manager Johwany accommodated change in room with great pool aide view. They can arrange all fun activities. Pool is excellent. Small beach area with kayaks was excellent. Enjoyed watching monkeys that visits the hotel & pet friendly place. Owner Richard is a great guy and offered great hospitality. Very happy with stay and will certainly come back 👍🏻

Beautiful, modern, stylish, clean room in a safe and quiet area. This place is a perfect sanctuary. The staff were helpful and friendly and the property was always kept clean. We stayed in a suite that overlooked the pool and lake. Good wifi and parking was also available. My only “con” was that the food could have been better and maybe change the check-in process so that the guest doesn’t have to do the administrative things. Will definitely recommend.
