The room was smaller than I thought. The location was perfect not too far from Chinatown and the subway. They do charge you a lot of extra fees. I'm not used to paying for an earlier check-in The hotels I've frequented are happy to allow free check-in if the room is available. Love the refrigerator and microwave 👌
Great location. Room is small but well stocked. Beds were on the softer side (like we prefer). Price was good for the value. Check in / check out couldn't have been easier. No front desk but this turned out to not be an issue. Super communication on checkin with good pictures of every step. Would stay here again.
Wonderful experience. The Kasa was much roomier than I had anticipated. Love that there was a fridge and a microwave. It was so quiet and peaceful. Had I not seen others in the lobby I would have thought I was the only one in the building. Quick walk to a subway. Great location. Very clean! Can’t wait to go back!
