The summer special rate was exceptionally good! Rooms were very clean and the facility top notch. Location was perfect for us because we had family in an apartment very close to this location. There is quite a bit of park construction currently in the area, but it will be fabulous in the near future.

Didn't receive initial checkin email so had to call customer service. Recommend that if you have issues because texting/email didn't get a fast-enough response. Nice new apartment with cool AC, laundry, and basic kitchen needs. Location only 4 stars because still some construction going on in the area - noise not a problem but the sidewalks leading out of the neighborhood, and Ubers poor ability to find the place to pick riders up bring it down a star. Didn't have any issues once we started our stay and would stay here again for the price and proximity to Coors Field (12 minute walk). Prefer this over a small hotel room.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, which was much appreciated. However, the Keurig machine in the room wasn’t working, and I had to walk to another building for coffee. Parking was also a challenge—free garage parking would have made a big difference. The keypad entry system was difficult to see in bright sunlight, making access frustrating at times. On the positive side, the location is convenient—just 8 minutes from Ball Arena. That said, it’s situated next to a Salvation Army facility, so there were quite a few homeless individuals in the area.
