We would definitely stay here again. We were travelling with our dogs from Toronto to Chicago and were looking for a space that had a kitchen as we wanted to store water and their food in the fridge. This space did not disappoint as it was pet friendly. Intstructions to entering in to the place was easy to follow and they were available 24/7 if we needed assistance. It was close to a target that was a 3 min walk. They even had a business center and off leash pet area. It's also walkable to grant park!
We absolutely loved our Kasa experience! The location to perfect for being able to use public transit to any place in the city. We visited the United Center and Magnificent Mile and both were very easy walks and rides from this place. The room was clean and the views STUNNING! The building itself was quiet, clean, and had very friendly staff on site. The check-in instructions for navigating the parking and access to the building were a unique touch in my experience with similar stays elsewhere. They were very detailed and inclusive of photos made it so smooth. My only critiques would be if you're facing east/northeast don't expect to sleep in. Darker blinds or curtains would certainly be a benefit to this Kasa as per our location in the building. However the views were worth it. Further, I didn't receive text response via the number I received a text from and was told to respond to. I ended up having to call and that was answered promptly, just curious if perhaps there's an issue with text.
Loved the floor to ceiling windows and the fact I had a balcony. Super convenient to everything I needed to do downtown on my trip. I like having a full kitchen when I travel for longer trips so that I can save money on eating out for every meal. The view was awesome! It was a postcard photo - the lake in the distance with sailboats and ships sailing by with the L train in the foreground zipping back and forth. Easy check in/out experience and I even got an early check-in. I would definitely stay at this location again!
