Kasa South Side Pittsburgh

We really enjoyed our stay at Kasa SouthSide in Pittsburgh!! The location was fantastic! We could walk to all of the fun restaurants and coffee bars, and Carnegie Mellon was just a short drive away. The apartment was equipped with everything you need- hotel quality plush towels, towels to bring to the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The property is very quiet. The gym is fantastic, and the indoor pool was nice and warm. Communications with the Kasa team were clear and extremely timely. I cannot think of anything that would’ve made our stay better!! We definitely will be staying here again!!

We had a wonderful weekend in the Southside of Pittsburgh. The apartment was right by the water, so we had a lovely view. It was clean (other than an easily replaceable shower liner). The location is just perfect. You can walk to great stores and restaurants. So much to do in this area! The building itself was beautiful- nice gym and pool area. Can't wait to come back in warmer weather because the courtyard area looked amazing.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I arrived to check into my Kasa to find the most disgusting room I have ever seen. Ants were crawling on every surface, the bed was covered in hair with stains on the sheets, the stovetop had stains & crumbs on it, the floor had food crumbs & popcorn, trash was in the garbage, and the previous guests laundry going in the wash machine. After calling Kasa to let them know what I walked into and providing pictures, they only wanted to refund me a cleaning fee and not the entire amount I spent to stay there. They offered me another room but I was not comfortable staying there because of their lack of cleaning & sanitation. I have never been more disappointed on behalf of a business. Save yourself the time & money & stay somewhere else.
