Kasauli Residency is a charming cottage that offers an excellent service quality. The place itself is wonderful, and the view from the room is absolutely awesome. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

i recently booked a trip of kasauli shimla kufri firstly the company booked a mad driver he creating issues every hour and every destination… and secondly they booked 3 star hotel in kasauli…. when i reached there with family a hotel like a dharamshal then i booked a private booking for hotel and then at return the driver behave like a full of mad…. so much fake company they talk non transparent talks for about trip …… me and my family going for stress free but they create more stress…… this is full of bakswass trip😡😡😡

Room prices were very high, the rooms were also very dirty, the room was also stinking because of the smell of dampness, the bedsheet was very dirty and the blanket too was dirty and the service was third class. There was no Wi-Fi, TV or phone facility either.
