Kasbah Chergui Hotel

Great hotel decorated in traditional style in the gateway town to the desert. Nicely laid out and decorated courtyard and pool area. The rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean, I wish that the hotel provides a kettle and coffee in the room,lighting is adequate the beds are firm and pillows are just as firm. We're on the 1st floor and there's no elevator, we carry out own luggage up 1 flight of stairs. You can get help from the staff with luggage if needed. On site restaurant served a delicious international buffet meal. The staffs are very friendly. I gave the hotel a 5-star rating in respect to other hotels in Morocco, not a 5-star compared to hotels in the US.

Wonderful hotel decorated in traditional style. The courtyard and pool area were beautiful. The rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean. They came with all amenities that you would expect. There is no lift to rooms located on the first floor so if you have mobility issues request a room on the ground floor. All bags were delivered to your room by the porter so if you are located on the first floor you do not have to carry your bags yourself. On site restaurant served a delicious buffet meal where all tastes were catered for.

A traditional Moroccan style hotel. The room requires more lighting and wall plugs. The bar fridge doesn't work. The shower drain was clogged. The shower head was calcified. Dinner was buffet style which has plenty of food items.
