We finished our overnight camel tour early in the morning and needed a place to spend the day before moving on to our next destination. We paid a small fee to spend the day by the pool here and it was such a wonderful and relaxing time. Comfy pool loungers and a spectacularly clean pool to cool off in. Service were so kind and helpful to us.
This place is incredible beautiful to stay in.The best authentic hotel I've ever seen. It's backyard opens to desert and makes you feel like in an oasis in the desert. You can enjoy the pool with desert view in the day and you can have a pleasant time around the campfire in the night. The rooms are clean, tidy and wonderfully decorated. And welcome drinks greeting you in the rooms.Breakfast and dinner variety is very good and appeals to everyone. It's impossible to stay hungry here.Staffs are cheerful, friendly and helpful. They put extra effort to make you feel comfy enough. It was really nice to be here, I enjoyed it and thanks for your nice hospitality. I can't wait to visit again..
This is a terrible place to stay. The room’s AC did not cool the room at all, you will be sweating all night to the point you won’t be able to sleep. The washroom in the room is like a sauna, I should not be dripping a pool of sweat while I’m using the washroom Speaking about pools of water, the pool is surrounded by an army of pigeons staring you down preparing to swarm down at you. If you want to swim in a pool with bird feces, this will be the place to go. The wifi available did not reach the rooms so be prepared to stare at a wall of a barely lit room till you fall asleep, if you can sleep. If you run out of water in the middle of the night, good luck getting water because the staff refused to bring us any water in the middle of the desert. If you do some how get water from the hotel, they’ll charge you for any and every liquid you drink. Good thing there’s a kettle in the room. You can boil your own sweat and drink it. The food tasted okay but it was the worst coming out after. My stomach was so upset that I was debating on having another meal or starve in the desert. My prayers to anyone who is unfortunate and naive enough to stay at this sorry excuse of a “high end hotel”
