That's one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Not sure why is four stars, should be five. Excellent room, with morrocan climate. Perfect pool and garden. Especially at night. Must stay after or before desert ;)
We had a truly perfect stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived—late and worried we might miss dinner—the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even though the buffet hours had already ended, they kindly extended the dinner service just for us and even surprised our group by hosting a lovely birthday celebration. The level of service was exceptional throughout our stay. Every staff member we encountered was kind, respectful, and genuinely caring. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated with a unique Moroccan aesthetic that gave our stay a truly authentic and special atmosphere. The views were stunning, the ambiance was peaceful, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay so memorable. I would really love to come back! I'm part of Assurances Al Massar from Marrakech, and we were all truly impressed.
This is a large hotel on the outskirts or Erfoud and the desert. It has a beautiful outdoor pool as well as an indoor one and is frequented by many tour groups. The rooms are large with nice seating options, the shower had ample warm water, and a hot water kettle was provided. We tried to make an appointment at the spa but the lady working there was either not wanting the business or did not understand… During our stay we enjoyed a great dinner buffet with plenty of vegetable options as well as a lunch buffet. At both the desserts were a highlight. Breakfast was also buffet style but disappointing: no decent coffee (just 2 dirty machines off to the side), an overload of sugar pastries and local bread (both dried out), scrambled egg tasting like powder, and some whole fruits behind the coffee. Not adequate to prepare for a day of riding motorcycles. Overall it’s a good place for an overnight but probably not longer …
