We had an absolutely amazing stay at Kashmir Spa Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring every need was met. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. The rooms were luxurious, with stunning views that made our stay even more special. Excellent! A true gem. Service was perfect, friendly and attentive staff. Cosy rooms, incredible SPA facilities. They also called and asked for feedback the day after we left, which they seem to take into consideration, since most of the guest issues I read about in the reviews before visiting were obviously fixed. It’s lovely to see such mindfulness in the hospitality industry since this is what makes hotels truly special. Keep up the amazing work!

What a wonderful experience that was utterly destroyed by bad service and human relationships. The hotel facilities and restaurant is amazing, but waking up in the morning to a cement truck under your window has just ruined our last few hours in the hotel. Upon talking to the hotel about this , general manager Anna said “life is not fair”. It seems there was a repair needed to be done and they wanted to do it on a Monday so not to interrupt the weekend guests , but to interrupt us is fine it seems. We were offered a discount for the next stay which makes no sense as we don’t live in Bulgaria. The attitude and service oriented understanding was completely lacking. Very disappointed end of our trip in which the hotel failed completely. It’s not that hard to understand and address guests in a proper manner, some arrangements can be done to alert guests , some adequate compensation can be done, but a total lack of empathy has been there and it’s a shame. Also , don’t try to make a coffee in the room it’s impossible. Edited: It’s clear from your response that still the issue of empathy to your guests is not clear. Hope it will improve at the future with constructive feedback. Feedback is heard and appreciated in the ears and feelings. Good luck.
