I’d be happy to share that we spent a 6-day family vacation at the hotel and had a wonderful time! We especially enjoyed the amazing service provided by Sofia, who made sure we experienced everything in the best possible way — from breakfast to all the hotel’s attractions and even those outside the hotel. I had visited this resort for a karting activity and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, the receptionist was extremely unprofessional — rude, unfriendly, and without even a smile. She told us we would have to wait one hour for the karting, despite the staff outside telling us it would be 30 minutes. This lack of coordination made it feel like we were being misled. Later, once they communicated with each other, the wait turned out to be only around 10 minutes. The karting itself was far from what was advertised. The karts were slow, the track didn’t feel as long or exciting as claimed (despite being promoted as the “longest trail in Europe”), and overall the experience was underwhelming. It also seemed like certain guests were treated better than others, which was very disappointing and unwelcoming. In addition, we were in directly forced to submit a positive reviewe although i insisted not to and this is also unprofessional. In short, poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and a subpar karting experience made this visit far below expectations.
